the red line

The red line is an ergonomic bench accommodating all sizes and shapes of the human body.  Each steel section of structure is a customized geometry that reaches down to the existing topography, making each resting place on the line unique.  At one end, it is wide and low, to serve as a low table, and at another end, it is high and thin, more like a bar stool.

Construction: 100% recycled wood scavenged from the site.
Client: Blake Garden. Kensington, CA.
